Refund policy

All sales are final. VERY X VALENTINA LLC will only accept refunds/exchange if an item is damaged during processing, or there is an error with order fulfillment.

Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund/exchange, you must first notify via email within 14 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email, a response will be given accordingly to assist with your request. If a replacement item is unavailable, you will then be eligible for full price refund for the inquired about item.
